You asked why us can't become socialist country. Here is why

Some people always mention Northern European countries which implements socialist policy in such debate 

In my view the models used in those European countries do not work in US. The reason is that European countries especially in nothetn part of Europe have relatively racially homoguous populations with common and shared ethics and morality plus higher IQ. As a result the output of country is very high per capita. In layman words they have a lot of money to spread around for whatever they desire to do

In America, on other hand, we have very diverse racial population with diverse ethics and morality. Some people are highly productive while others not at all.  A lot of people do not even think they should work. A lot of people believe they are owed by whoever.  What's shame thing to do in one racial group is a proud thing to do by another racial group. Ethics and morality change cross racial lines. Right thing in one race group become wrong in another or vice versus 

Rmemember, it's human nature to help their own

i have no problem to help other Chinese via mutually agreed policy or system 

But ask me to give some of my hard earned money to subsidize lives of some black welfare queens and their kids?  Over my dead body 

You see what I'm getting at ? More than 50% of US population think this way in US
