Surprised by such finding!

Actually most Chinese restaurants here do not serve decent Chinese meals at all, that have much devalued colorful, neutritious and genuine Chinese food that may only be found in China including Hong Kong, and Taiwan! This may explain the low ranking of those restaurants in the States.   

In fact, people's taste, no matter from which ethic groups, are similar in terms of high-quality food.
