We should learn from Singapore

China is too big. But we have a lot of cities which have similar sizes as Singapore. If we have 100 Singapore-type cities in China, China's appearance is much different from our current situation. Bo Xilai's Dalian and Chongqing are two successful examples. We should never say never.
