I hate to point this out…but WHY are they being classified as MUSLIM-AMERICANS? Last time I checked, being a Muslim is a religious choice/affiliation…NOT a race/country. It is not the same as a German American, Italian American, etc. In all of my years I have never heard someone that was a victim classified as a Catholic American or a Jewish American or a Christian American. Whomever wrote this put their religion first as a means of inciting a polarizing backlash amongst the readers of this article. I, myself am a black man. If something should happen to me, it would say Black man suffered "whatever"…not Christian American the victim of a crime. Why does it matter now, except to fan the flames?
