印度对中美达成气候变化协定的反应

觉得中国是让了步，美国占便宜了。

之前，中国、印度和其他发展中国家一直强调、坚持发达国家不但要减排碳量，而且要给发展中国家做经济补偿，因为发达国家烧煤、气、石油已经上百年了，发达了，发展中国家还没有机会。如果现在大家都限制，发展中国家就没有机会了。

这是一个显而易见的事实，但发达国家就是不愿意，发达国家在道义上的任何口号是绝对不能相信的。至于中国让步得到了什么回报，还得了解了解。

西方对此协议一致好评，认为中国首次接受了以量性目标，很难得。

印度显然对此大为不满，以前，印度、中国是战友，立场近似，互相支持。

Shyam Saran, former special envoy of the PM on climate change, said, "This agreement was expected. With a declared peak year of 2030, China can continue ?increasing ?its carbon emissions until then, which could be a questionable achievement for climate change.

Eminent environmentalist and Director General of Centre for Science and Environment ( CSE) Sunita Narain also termed as "self-serving" the deal in which both the US and China have agreed to converge their per capita emissions at 12 tonne in 2030.

New Railway Minister and India’s “sherpa” for the G20 summit, Suresh Prabhu has called for India and China to go their own ways on climate issues as India’s near-complete alignment with China at global climate talks has been hurting New Delhi’s interests.

In a recent media interaction, Prabhu had argued that while India and China may have some similarities in terms of social indicators China is way ahead of India.

Also India’s greenhouse emissions are far lower than that of China, he said. India at present is part of the BASIC group in the climate change negotiations.

看上去，印度是不会买账的。查查中国、印度的产能结构，煤太重要了，没有煤，不知道两个国家如何发展，所以很难。最近中国对澳大利亚进口煤加税，澳大利亚不高兴，但随后印度表示要大力发展火力发电，要取代中国成为第一大煤进口国。澳大利亚不顾众多反对，刚刚决定在昆士兰州开发出口煤的港口，其目标就是印度。澳大利亚是美国的狗腿子，口号喊得凶，赚中国的钱一点也不含糊，现在有说明大家都说一套，做一套。
