If I were Putin, I'll destabilize China using trade, ethnic

If I were Putin, I will model the trade border problem like Northern Ireland in UK for 海南 in China, so it will become a potential flashpoint between two regions to try to destabilize China. Anyway, a lot of Russians are already living in 海南, aren’t they?

And if I were Putin, I will try to destabilize China by creating the controversial law like “中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法” which will become a potential legal flashpoint for ethnic issues. This law has the name of “民族团结进步” in it. But in reality, this law will be 民族分裂法, indeed。

中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法

I am not a big fan of extending visa-free policy to Putin. Putin is already way ahead of CCP in espionage and spying before the visa-free policy. Now with this visa-free policy, it will just be uncontrollable for CCP to handle I believe.

Just look at CCP’s own 国安部, blaming “境外反華勢力” for its own “躺平” trend on 04/2026. This “躺平” trend was started during Xi’s zero COVID policy in 2019.

This is a dangerous step towards blaming others for its own problem and will slip into restricting speech over national security grounds, e.g. banning people who is talking about “躺平” as an 境外反華勢力or banning anyone who talks about democracy as an 境外反華勢力…. which will lead to scapegoating others for its own domestic problems. Sounds familiar? That’s what Putin loves to do. Because if anything went wrong, it was never Putin’s mistake. It was always the West or the Chinese to blame. It showed that CCP’s own 国安部 is using the same tactics and may have already been influenced by Putin. CCP needs to strengthen its counter-intelligence effort.
