特朗普表示，华盛顿在处理对伊事务时所打交道的人中，有些人“非常理性”，而另一些则不然；他补充道，希望伊朗能够“明智行事”。

他还补充说，如果伊朗有意进行谈判，“可以给我们打电话”；他指出，任何谈判都将通过电话进行。
