Swalwell, Gonzales announce resignations in wake of allegations, shaking up Congress
Reps. ?Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, said Monday they will both resign from Congress in lieu of facing expulsion following sexual misconduct allegations.
