Nikopol’ — Less than 24 hours ago, I documented the destruction of the Prybuzke town hall on these pages. While I was writing that article, Russian aircraft were destroying two others: in Pryluky and Novhorod-Siverskyj. The images of those ruins that I captured with Alla Perdei were just being uploaded to “La Ragione’s” YouTube channel when, yesterday morning around 8:20 a.m., Russian military drone strikes also targeted a civilian busparked at a bus stop in Nikopol’, killing four people and seriously wounding 16 others.
Aimed at a train loaded with civilians, a Russian drone killed one passengerin the Kryvorizkyj district of this oblast’ and wounded 10. Also here in Nikopol’, later in the afternoon, they targeted another public bus, wounding five civilians, and then a minibus serving an interurban route in the nearby community of Chervonohryhorivka, massacring a woman and four men. In recent days, in this area, they cynically attacked the Nikopol’ market, killing five civilians and wounding 28 others.
Between the two attacks, around 9:30 a.m., the Russian Armed Forces again targeted Novhorod-Siverskyj, striking the state tax office with a drone. Terrorists of the same nature bombed the Korabelnyj district of Kherson on the opposite side of the country, killing three civilians and hospitalizing two others in critical condition.
The Russian Air Force dropped a guided aerial glide bomb on the town of Kramatorsk, killing three people and wounding seven others. Among the victims was a 13-year-old boy.
In an attack on the heart of Kharkiv, the Russians launched a swarm of high-explosive drones at a busy shopping mall in Kyivsky District, causing a still-incalculable death toll — including children. In the Kholodnohorsky and Novobavarsky Districts, they targeted a series of houses and other multi-story residential buildings, wounding seven civilians, including several elderly people and a 15-year-old girl.
Following further drone strikes, remote-control attackers hired by the Russian regime killed three civilians and wounded 13, selectively targeting civilian targets in Khutir-Mykholaivsky, Velykopysarivka, Esman, Vorozhba, and Khotin. Also in the Sumy Oblast’, Russian occupiers took hostage and abducted 19 residents of another border village in addition to Hrabivske (where they had kidnapped about fifty): Sopich, in the community of Esman.
The images I received from relatives and friends in those areas are just as horrifying as those I sent them from Nikopol’, and putting them into words would be disrespectful to the places and people with whom I shared unforgettable moments. May the video reports that Alla Perdei and I have provided to readers of “La Ragione” from each of them be enough evidence of their decay over time.
What has been described is only the epilogue of a massacre of civilians that in the last seven days alone has seen the Russians strike in broad daylight on the maternity hospitals of Ivano-Frankivsk (two victims, including a 6-year-old boy), the Church of St. Andrew in Lviv (22 victims and damage to a 17th-century monument part of a UNESCO World Heritage site), the central parkof Vinnytsia (1 dead and 11 injured), and a perinatal center in Transcarpathia, where they killed a father and his 15-year-old daughter who had gone to visit his wife, who had given birth only minutes earlier.
Meanwhile, it’s snowing in Ukraine, and another cold snap will hit the entire country. It’s worth remembering, for the fifth year in a row, this has happened in late April, since from the comfort of Italian television studios, some ‘journalists’ denied just this time in 2022 that the corpses of other civilians massacred by the Russians in Bucha could be preserved.
It’s no less important to remember that, given all this, the European Commission has urged EU countries to stockpile gas, explaining that «a delay could trigger fierce competition for resources and an abnormal price increase as early as this summer». This has so far resulted in yet another record in Russian LNG exports to Europe, which — according to preliminary data from LSEG released Wednesday — increased by 17% in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the (already record) previous year, reaching 4.8 million tons.
These volumes are being converted into missiles in Moscow, and therefore into Ukrainian blood.

与此同时，乌克兰正在下雪，另一波寒潮将席卷全境。值得强调的是，这是连续第五年在四月下旬出现降雪；而在意大利安逸的电视演播室中，某些“记者”当初在2022年否认布察惨案中被俄军屠杀的平民尸体之所以未腐烂，是因为当地寒冷。
