美国把伊朗的海空军都打没了。伊朗把美国在中东的基地都打没了。基本算是平手。

但川总的讹诈完全失败，只有选择TACO。川总找不到任何伊朗动摇的迹象，已经是绝望状态下不来台。只能病急乱投医，不管伊朗10点提案上面写的啥，都说停两周，先缓缓。也许以后会玩赖，说10点全部不同意，但在这一刻，他就是TACO了，就是怂了。

连美媒都认为，特朗普在伊朗问题上的反复横跳，不仅未能达成预设目标，反而让美国陷入更被动的战略困境。特朗普战前“摧毁伊朗核计划”和“推动政权更迭”的目标一个也没实现，反而让伊朗在霍尔木兹海峡问题上获得了更大筹码，同时还要面对油价高企、国内经济承压、共和党内部严重分裂等多重困境。

美国智库“国防优先”军事分析主管詹妮弗·卡瓦纳说：“特朗普让自身信誉与美国实力的全球形象遭受了最大程度的损害。对美国而言，这显然是一场战略失败。”

乔治·奥威尔说过：帝国主义“战争并非为了获胜，而是为了持续有战争。”是为了利用永无休止的冲突来维系权力、管控民众并消耗军工物资。

战争目的：其目标并非取得胜利，而是维持一种“紧急状态”，从而确保等级森严的社会结构得以存续；具体做法是通过制造经济匮乏，迫使民众始终处于贫困、愚昧和恐惧的状态，无暇反抗。

内部管控：这场战争实际上是统治集团针对其自身治下民众所发动的，其根本目的在于维护社会结构的稳定，而非击败外部敌国。通过不确定的外部威胁，统治者得以实施严厉的国内管控。

战争作用：美国发动战争的作用在于消耗军工物资，而不是提升民众的整体生活水平。

这样看来，美国又赢麻了。
