Putin is actively assisting IRGC by supreme-leading Iran, providing satellite coordinates and military intelligence, activating his human intelligence/ agents to perform sabotage (e.g. USS Gerald R. Ford's toilet and the probable arson), choke hold the strait of Hormuz, halting oil tanker shipment, using its internet army to spread fake news and fanning market panic and hiking up the oil prices.

The spillover effect has already reached China and affected its oil market and economy. CCP doesn't seem to have prepared such incidence but busying consuming its own propaganda and telling everyone to bow down before its 5000 year civilization. LOL
