They created the laws like the 中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法 that could cause legal problems for minority unity. In my opinion, you can publish things in 中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法 as a policy guide, but not the law. In my opinion, CCP should withdraw 中华人民共和国民族团结进步促进法 and put it under policy guidance.
