Can Israel navy help to open the Strait of Hormuz?

Can Israel navy help to open the Strait of Hormuz by escorting the oil tankers? Do not strike any oil facility, because that will spook the already hiked oil market even more.

In the long run, can Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other oil producing country build/ extend existing pipelines (linking other oil producers in the region?) to diversify their risk from the Strait of Hormuz? For example, the pipelines directly open to the east Mediterranea and Arabian sea? Can Saudi reopen/ repair its Trans-Arabian Pipeline and other pipelines? And Slovakia and Hungary or even EU can get middle-eastern oil and gas directly, no need to get it from Putin?
