State of union for republicans is not promising for now

先前我以为republicans 只要克服affordability issue, 还是大有希望的。现在看來不然。共和党要克服的不仅是inflation 还有其他的问题如Medicare care, immigration enforcement等。來之不易的2024年的coalition 已經瓦解了。最令Republicans 头疼的是Trump approval among indies stands at 25% and Dems lead Rep in generic ballots now increases to 10%。

But again anything can change from now to Nov. 但是如果不回头，那就只有呵呵了。
