奥巴马发文谴责　批联邦干员肆意妄为

《纽约邮报》报导，奥巴马25日在社群平台X发文写道，「普雷蒂之死是令人心碎的悲剧，这也应该成为每个美国人的警钟，无论党派立场为何，我们许多核心国家价值正遭受攻击。」

他指出，全国各地民众目睹「蒙面的移民及海关执法局（ICE）新进人员和其他联邦干员肆意妄为，采取似乎刻意用来恐吓、骚扰、挑衅并危及主要城市居民的战术」，这种景象令人愤怒。

奥巴马坦言移民执法人员「工作艰钜」，但指责川普政府鼓励干员采用违法手段，「总统与现任政府官员似乎急于让情势进一步恶化，同时在未经任何严谨调查的情况下，就对普雷蒂先生与雷妮．古德女士（Renee Good）的枪击案给出官方解释，而这些说法显然与影片证据直接矛盾。」
