4. How many people in Twin Cities area: 3.7 to 4 million, that is about 1.3% of overall US population. 

 

Why there are about 10% US ICE agents in the area of 1.3% of US population, over-sizing the local police by more than 3 times? Because MN was reported to have federal aid fraud scandal, and many of them are from Somali immigration. Crashing MN immigration is aligned with the narrative of Trump administration that claims democratic Party is corrupted, and immigration is bad.
