In a pair of extraordinary moves, two federal judges issued court orders Tuesday saying they intend to remove Lindsey Halligan as U.S. attorney in Virginia and threatening disciplinary sanctions for any government lawyer who continues to refer to her as U.S. attorney in legal filings.
