关于Good, 华尔街日报写成这样

Video of the shooting posted on social media shows agents approaching Good’s car as it is stopped in the middle of a road, and then an agent firing into the car as the vehicle advances. 

 

华尔街日报堕落成CNN了。当你看到这句怎么理解？她的车被拦在了路当中 （as it is stopped, not as it stopped)，然后ICE agent向她开枪。这更像拦路行凶。事实是这样吗？
