US Intercepts Third Oil Tanker Off Coast of Venezuela

The ?United States has intercepted another vessel off the coast of Venezuela ‍in international waters, ‍two U.S. officials told Reuters ?on Sunday, the second such operation this ?weekend. The move comes days after President Donald Trump announced a "blockade" of ?all sanctioned oil tankers entering and leaving Venezuela.
