该法案的一部分（有时称为 “乌克兰被绑儿童回归与问责法”）要求美国采取政策行动支持乌克兰，包括：

  1. 协助 调查俄罗斯绑架乌克兰儿童的行为，

  2. 支持被送回儿童的 康复与社会重返，

  3. 协助追究 责任人 的法律责任。

Besides this, it has the following provisions related to Ukraine:

1. Allocates $800 million in military assistance for 2026 and 2027 through the USAI program

2. The bill prohibits the Pentagon from redirecting equipment procured for Ukraine, unless Ukraine itself has returned that equipment.

3. The bill requires the Pentagon to continue providing Ukraine with intelligence
