“殖民掠夺抢资源， 技术垄断掐脖子， 美元霸权割韭菜…” Those are a very communist view of the west. A very soviet's ideological view of east vs west, not very rational.
US and many western allies exported their technologies and helped nation building for other countries post WWII, e.g. Japan, Germany, South Korea… As a matter of fact, China is also one of the beneficiaries of their technology export and nation building during cold war till now.
Also, Trump is not a typical American. No past American president is like him. He is Nazi Putin's Gestapo, represents Putin’s best interest, not US. Trump’s “America first” is actually his way of saying white supremacy. He and Putin define “America=White”. Instead of saying White first, he is substituting the definition and saying America first.
