The EU cannot do anything without cover from overwhelming US airpower. The Combat Aviation Brigade of the 101 Airborne Div has more helicopters than the TOTAL UK strength (including Army, Navy, and Air Force). The rest of Europe is in an equally pathetic state, or in an even worse one, especially as progressive politicians have slashed supply inventories and manpower levels under the guise of efficiency.
Pursuing destructive, discriminatory DEI policies that attack the very culture of the countries they purport to defend have caused a cratering in recruitment, hence the calls for conscription. So, no US air and ISR shield, or crucially, logistic support, means no deployment of any Euro Force. The whole thing’s either a barely disguised bear trap for Trump, or a desperate attempt to squeeze the golden goose one more time.
