Can’t fix stupid. For the first time in history…..

There is no instance in American legal history where you had a case dismissed and then rejected by two different grand juries for the re-indictment. Maybe DOJ miraculously moves the case to a redneck district in the Deep South. The low information grand juries would return an indictment. How can you prove a case beyond reasonable doubt at trial？
