The newly elected Hong Kong Legislative Council, together with Hong Kong administration, needs to quickly address the long-term accumulated and repeatedly ignored problems in its housing sector, to provide updated rules/ guidelines to efficiently turn things around, and to improve their ability to listen to their constituents and more importantly to act on and to solve the problems! This is a lesson learned!
