Son of a Buck, Gentlemen. Wasn’t James Comey involved in that case with Judge Emmet Sullivan where the DOJ declined to prosecute Mike Flynn and there wasn’t even a prosecutor to be had. So Judge Sullivan just went out and found his own. Talk about a shaky prosecutor appointment.
