1) Cook has the "safe" R seats at 213 right now. After current and/or expected certain redistricting, that will be 214 (CA/TX wash, MO+1, NC+1, UT-1). Waiting in the wings are FL (+2) and KS (+1) for 217. The fly in the ointment for SURE R lock is IN.

7) That puts it at 217. Waiting in the wings are VA, FL, KS, and OH (net +5 R) for 218 safe even with VA. If VA or CA fail to deliver max and FL, OH deliver highest possible, the House would be R 220. No VA? House R 224.
