我不认为这次民主党输，他们反而“赚了”（借用英雄泽连斯基的这个字）

我刚微微学习了几个新闻，我认为民主党虽然让步妥协但是赚了，look:

1. SNAP 影响的人是41-43 million people，而且由于政府关门影响是此时此刻immediate lose, right?

2. For ACA, subsidy loss, higher premiums, or loss of coverage estimated at 4-5 million people. 而且是将来的事情不是现在，而且还能再议，对吧？

3. I don't know the details of Trump Care Plan and I hope it is better than ACA but if it is not as good as obama care, democrats may have deliberately set it to fail. who knows and the fact is mid-term is coming. 

妥协不等于输，很有可能是“赚了”。 Am I right?
