天天说不是公民不能投票的出来解释一下

在Kansas， 一个墨西哥人（有绿卡） 竞选市长，成功当选，还连任了。他还投过3 次票。这还是在红州。 蓝洲里不定有多少这种情况。只有公民才能投票，只有公民才能当市长。如果不查ID，你怎么知道这个人撒谎没。蓝洲法官们还禁止政府用SAVE 查身份看是不是公民。为什么民主党就希望乱呢。这里有人硕政府用ID 是想控制人民。脑子都蓝了。
