The Supreme Court issued an administrative stay of payment

of SNAP benefits. The administrative stay was issued by Justice Jackson pending 1st Circuit's decision on government's motion to stay. As represented by 1st Circuit the decision will come expeditiously. The SC's administrative stay will expire 48 hours after the 1st Circuit decision is issued.
