10月31日，万圣节现场有网友cos小黑羊后被保安和警察带走。

台湾博主“麦狗886”在上海静安寺经营一家酒吧。

他称去年就被警察叫去派出所，被要求不能举办万圣节活动，今年又有警察来他店里，不仅要求酒吧不能举办万圣节活动，还要求店里不准有万圣节元素的装扮。

麦狗表示，以前万圣节，商家们都会都会有各式各样的活动，但从今年开始就不太倡导大家这样做

上海某高校通知，万圣节期间不要穿奇装异服/cosplay在校内外走动，否则会被警察登记。

并表示已经有两名学生被警察登记了。
