芯片美国是垄断性优势，而算法美国占据了前十大算法的九个。
至于数据，就是看数据仓库的数量。有些数据仓库是用来储存银行，政府等信息的，不能用于AI，
所以，即使不搞AI，每个国家必须有一定数量的数据仓库来维持该国互联网的运作。
只有多出来的，才能用于AI数据开发。
下面是世界各国数据仓库的数量列表，除了美国，其它国家的基本都是用来储存基本信息。用于AI的极少。
