Although he claimed, “We will kill them,” the distinction between the us forces targeting Hamas or the IDF doing so becomes meaningless. Meanwhile, he appears to be provoking a new confrontation with Venezuela and may soon pressure Ukraine to yield in the same way he pushed Israel to. His actions suggest less a coherent strategy and more a desire to remain at the center of global attention precisely the role that Arab states seemed to have prepared for him during the Egypt summit.
