The only thing Blinken and the Biden Administration accomplished was a Botched Afghanistan withdrawal. A botched open Southern Border for 4 years. A botched lifting of Sanctions on Iran and a Botched Invasion By Russia on Ukraine. This was the laid out programme for 4 years, failing miserably and making the USA look the weakest in decades. This was their legacy and they should own up to what they did.
