Universal Healthcare is politically unpopular in US, but not

Universal Healthcare is politically unpopular in US probably because of those insurance company's special interest groups. Like a curse, whoever pushed for universal healthcare will sure lose in US election. But I believe the universal healthcare is welcomed among citizens.
