 The FBI Agents Association said in a statement that it “strongly condemn[s]” the firings as “unlawful” and that they violated “the due process rights of those who risk their lives to protect our country.”

The association sharply criticized Patel, accusing him of breaking the law with these and other firings at the FBI in recent months.

下跪有两个动机， 1，面对人数众多的示威人群，战术性下跪以缓解对立，2，政治表达性下跪来表达对弗洛伊德的同情。

第一个动机是工作的需要，以这动机开除人是没有理由的。 第二个动机是政治表达，联邦机构以这个动机开除人是违法的，最高法院早有裁定。
