子虚乌有的“中国威胁”舆论认知战

还记得两年前英国议会被两名“中国间谍”“渗透”的丑闻吗？这凸显了中国构成的“威胁”。

这两名涉案人员刚刚被洗清所有罪名。事实上，针对他们的指控非常薄弱，甚至没有经过审判：“皇家检察署认定其收集的证据未达到开庭审理的门槛”（https://bbc.com/news/articles/cpd94le39e7o）。

这又是一个制造同意的绝佳例证：当时媒体对此案一片哗然，疯狂报道这意味着“民主本身正受到中国的攻击”，以及英国必须“醒悟”面对“中国威胁”。

由于此案甚至没有达到开庭审理的门槛，所以什么都没发生。但损害已经造成：可以肯定的是，绝大多数英国人仍然相信他们的议会遭到了“中国间谍”的渗透。他们会记得那些耸人听闻的头条新闻、政客们的严厉警告以及专家小组对这一“前所未有的威胁”的讨论。他们不会记得多年后被埋藏在报纸末页的悄悄的洗脱。
