CCP should ask US to remove its "foreign adversary" status in order to exchange for its strategic critical mineral sale, citing the dual civil and military usage of those critical minerals. CCP can only sell it to countries that doesn’t treat China as its adversary. For EU, EU needs to treat China as a partner and friend. China will be more than happy to supply unlimited rare earth for partner and friends, but no sell for adversaries! Once CCP gets China off the “adversary” status, a lot of other discussion will be much easier I hope.
Please note the followings doesn't seem alphabetically listed. China is listed as the #1 adversary, much higher than Russia!
