德国内阁通过2025预算：更多举债 更多投资

在今年3月 “债务刹车”得以放松后，德国内阁最新通过了2025年预算草案，计划大幅增加公共支出。该草案计划发行新债，以支付创纪录的国防和基础设施项目投资，预计到2029年德国国防开支将达到GDP的3.5%。
