Stupid is as stupid does. What’s wrong with Noem’s statement

"Gov. Newsom has done a disservice to the State of California for many years,” Kristi Noem said, 

“Um, the people there should never elect him into a leadership position ever again,” she said, while Trump chimed in by saying, “The governor’s a nice guy, but he’s grossly incompetent.”
