Walmart 标准是FOB；一般供应商毛利大约15%；除非供应商傻了，谁做赔本；可以变DAP，会打到价钱里面

 

 

 

When working as a supply vendor with Walmart, the shipping terms are very specific and standardized. Walmart mainly uses two major shipping terms:

1. Collect

   • Walmart arranges and pays for the transportation.

   • The vendor must have the goods ready for Walmart’s designated carrier to pick up.

   • Vendor is responsible for loading the goods properly.

   • Title and risk of loss transfer to Walmart at the point of pickup.

2. Prepaid (also known as Prepaid and Add or FOB Destination)

   • Vendor arranges and pays for shipping to Walmart’s facility.

   • Vendor retains the risk of loss until the goods are delivered to Walmart.

   • Sometimes vendors charge Walmart separately for the freight (the “add” part) or it's included in the product cost.
