新：俄亥俄州立法者提出了一项新法律，《受孕始于勃起法案》禁止男性在没有受孕意图的情况下射精，男性每次射精最高可处以 10,000 美元的罚款。

 

该法案由民主党州众议员 Anita Somani 和 Tristan Rade 提出。 根据法律，如果男性在没有受孕意图的情况下进行无保护的 性交，他们将被指控犯有重罪。

 

法律规定的例外情况包括在 LGBTQ 社区射精的人、精子捐赠和手淫。

 

立法者表示，《受孕始于勃起法案》的重点是“揭露”“规范女性身体的法案”的虚伪性。

 

男性第一次违规将被收取 1,000 美元，第二次违规将被收取 5,000 美元，之后的任何违规将被收取 10,000 美元。
