我一直以为中共宪法是儿戏，美国宪法神圣，我承认我错了

中共的习总认为中共宪法不合己意，还装模作样的投票把宪法改了。

美共的川总更牛，签一个行政命令就把宪法推翻了！投票的游戏都不需要了。
