在纽约对前总统唐纳德-特朗普的刑事审判中，陪审员裁定他犯有 34 项伪造商业记录的重罪。

2024年5月20日，前总统唐纳德-特朗普在纽约曼哈顿刑事法庭出庭受审。

陪审员们表示，他们一致同意特朗普伪造商业记录，隐瞒向成人电影明星斯托米-丹尼尔斯支付13万美元封口费以影响2016年大选结果的事实。
