I am not trying to scare people, but it’s better prepared than sorry. During Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, I believe that Americans were prepared.
So how is the wartime preparation education going? Was the major city/ infrastructure's anti-missile protection perfected? How about underground shelters, nuclear/missile warfare readiness drills, emergency kits... for the citizens so people know where to go and how to survive during such times to limit the casualties?
