关于特赦的脑洞：细思极恐。

反正老川当选肯定会对一月六日的案件有动作，对他的联邦官司也会撤销。会不会出现下面的情况：

老拜先动手，特赦一六判罪，“特赦”老川的三十四桩罪（总统有权），顺便把杭特也给特赦了。

是不是个尴尬的局面?
