Food service rules
  1. Bread and butter are served from the left side.
  2. Beverages (alcohol/mocktails) should always be served from the right-hand side.
  3. Serving the food from the platter onto a guest's plate should be done from the left side.
  4. Pre-plated food should be served from the right side.
