Title 42 在FY21, FY22 到底驱逐了多少人

FY22: 看美国南部边境2.2M 人试图进入，1.1M 的人被title 8定为inadmissible 而允许入境但监禁（也许后来因为申请政治庇护而等待听证），1.1M 的人被title 42 直接驱逐。 

FY21: 看美国南部边境1.6M 人试图进入， 0.6M 的人被title 8定为inadmissible 而允许入境但监禁（也许后来因为申请政治庇护而等待听证），而1.0M 的人被title42 直接驱逐。 

FY21+FY22, 3.8M的人试图进入， title 42 直接驱逐2.1M的人，占55%. 而另外有1.7M的人设定为inadmissible.
