- Nikola vs CNN : I can't find precise records but it would seem to me that since they nickel up paid $125 million settlement over claims they had defrauded investors the lawsuit against CNN over those same claims of defrauding investors wouldn't have much of a leg to stand on.

CNN has settled with a Kentucky teenager who sued the network for defamation over its coverage of his encounter with a Native American at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington a year ago.The amount of the settlement between Nick Sandmann and CNN was not disclosed. A CNN spokesperson on Tuesday confirmed the settlement in a statement emailed to Reuters, but declined to comment on the details.
Of course, it only stands to reason there may be cases settled out of court by CNN's lawyers that we would have no way to know about no way to access any files on those things cuz they no doubt had you know nobody talks clauses.
