Could Blinken behind the stabbing incident?

Are you sure it's not Blinken who is behind the stabbing incident? It seems like he wants to see fighting between two Asian countries to alleviate his middle eastern war? The whole stabbing incident, including the careful recruitment of the attacker, looks like a copycat incident of US domestic shooter/attacker incidents. They usually carefully choose those who had repeated/ similar criminal histories, drug them, stage their social media profile and deliver the kill… Some say CIA has long been developing such substances to manipulate people. And people feel those incidents are politically manufactured, intending to manipulate public opinion to achieve their political goals. Now the question for CCP is, how did foreign entities get hold of Chinese citizen’s criminal information and be able to drug them to conduct such act.
