宾州高院推翻下院判决， 判定没有日期的选票不合法。选举作弊难度增加

BREAKING: Pennsylvania Supreme Court just overturned a lower court and ruled that misdated ballots can indeed be thrown out.

Liberal group had sued to force such ballots to be counted.
